Sound Alchemy Integration
A dharmic gathering weaving sound, mantra, voice, and community.
We begin with a grounding sound bath to clear and open, then move into mantra practice and a powerful voice activation, aligning hearts and minds into resonance. From there, we flow into kirtan, an embodied experience of call-and-response chanting where our voices rise in devotion, connection, and celebration.
The evening closes with a community circle and potluck.
